Professional virtual services (or remote working) is an area of business that not everyone is aware of and each provider of these services will be slightly different to the next one.
So, I’ve tried to answer some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in relation to Stripe Visual Studio. If there’s something not covered here, that you’d like to know more about, then please get in touch and I’ll get straight back to you. I’ll also keep this page updated as any new queries arise.
Are you able to arrange the hosting for my website?
Yes, that’s no problem at all!
My preferred hosting provider is SiteGround, but I’m happy to work with any provider if you have someone else in mind.
Can you arrange my domain name?
No problem at all – I can even provide suggestions of the best one/s to use for your business, if you’re struggling with this.
Which artwork software do you use?
I use Adobe Creative Cloud for all of our artwork.

What are professional virtual services (remote working)?
Professional virtual services are services provided to you by a person/company based in a different location to yourself. The provider generally works as contractor / consultant would, but from their own office location rather than being based onsite with you.
This usually means a reduction in costs for the users of these virtual services as they do not need to provide any office space, equipment, stationery, holiday pay or pensions, etc. for the work to be carried out.
How could using a virtual service provider help me?
There are countless benefits for working with a virtual service provider, especially for those looking for support on a one-off project or for smaller organisations and businesses who perhaps don’t need/can’t afford the required expertise on a full time or permanent basis.
Having an extra pair of hands available to support you whilst you work towards your business goals can be an invaluable resource that you’ll just wish you’d taken advantage of sooner.

How will we communicate with each other?
I am available to reach on phone (0151 808 1145) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and also happy to communicate via Skype or FaceTime.
Of course, if you’re based within a reasonable travel distance from West Kirby, we could always stick to the more traditional methods of communication and meet for a face-to-face meeting!
Where it would be beneficial for one or both parties, I am happy to use screen-share so that I can walk you through the work I am completing for you.
How will we share files?
I like to use GoogleDrive for all file sharing so that we can all easily keep a track of all relevant documentation. This method allows both parties to make comments on the documents and to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date with progress. Each client will be set up with their own unique and secure folder, which will only be accessible by Stripe Visual Studio and any agreed contacts on the client’s side.
GoogleDrive is an ideal way for everyone involved to be able to access all the joint project documentation in one location. I’ll also save all the legal documents and invoices for your project within your own secure folder area so that each element of our project is easy to locate.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
My preferred method of payment is bank transfer and my business account details will be provided to all clients upon the agreement of our contract, within the initial invoice details.
I can also take payments via PayPal or Wave, but these options incur a handling fee, which will need to be added to the total amount payable on any invoices sent.
Can you help with services not listed on this website?
Absolutely! It’d be very difficult to list everything that Stripe Visual Studio can help you with – it would be a VERY long list!
If a specific service you’re looking for isn’t listed, please get in touch and, if I can’t help you, I will almost certainly be able to put you in touch with someone else who can. I have a lot of very good, reliable contacts!
I also have a huge amount of experience in project management too, so if you plan to (or already do) use services from a variety of different providers, then I will be very happy to be the central point of contact for all elements of work so that you can rest easy that everything is under control.
