Project Management services

Together, we’ll keep your projects on time and on budget

With 10+ years experience in managing projects professionally, I’ll help to keep your projects on plan and on budget. I have run projects in countless different industry sectors – ranging from travel to finance and large scale venues to local governments, with lots of others in between. Each project has been unique with budgets ranging from £1,000 up to £250,000 so you’ll be in very safe hands.

If you don’t have the time to manage any/all of your projects yourself, then let me take over the day-to-day running of them for you. I’ve got over 11 years of experience of just this, within extremely fast paced environments, so your projects will be in confident, professional and reliable hands.

Many projects have a number of contributing parties and it can become difficult to keep a track on who’s doing what and when. Let me take over the sourcing, organisation and management of your resources so that you can focus on the end goal rather than the day-to-day nitty gritty.

Want to keep an eye on your project milestones and deadlines with the ability to show this visually? Let us create your Gantt chart / flow diagrams for you so that you can feel reassured that nothing is being missed. The Gantt charts can be set up with dependencies between the individual tasks, so that if any one of them is altered for any reason the whole chart will update simply, effectively and accurately.

Not sure where to begin with planning your project? I can advise you of the elements you need to consider from the outset to ensure the smooth running of your project.
